Tiffany Nicole Danker

Tiffany Danker holds a Degree of Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) from the National University of Singapore.
Tiffany is a Psychologist in the Police Psychological Services Department (PPSD), Singapore Police Force (SPF). Throughout her time at SPF, she has been involved in the conceptualisation and implementation of resilience frameworks within specialist units and research studies, and played a key role in supporting frontline officers during COVID-19. She also assists with critical incident responses and crisis negotiation work in the SPF.
Tiffany is currently the Programme Manager of the Victim Care Cadre Programme (VCCP) in the SPF. She manages and provides supervision to a pool of 110 community volunteers whose objective is to provide acute emotional and practical support to victims of crime throughout the investigation process.
Within the Ministry of Home Affairs, Tiffany is part of the Migrant Workers Mental Health Working Group, which looks into enhancing the awareness and support of mental well-being among migrant workers.
